This new menu system is terrible for that. You have to make it easier to cancel 1 rider on a pool trip picking up multiple people. This crashes my app several times. I have redownloaded the app too. I use IPhoneX. When you pickup multiple people on Pool, if you try to cancel 1 person it crashes, you have to close and reopen the app, then, it cancels the wrong person!!! This has happened twice.

I put the destination mode en route to my house twice and I received a trip that is supposed to be on my route but it made me turn six miles and nine minutes in time in the opposite direction to pick up the rider, and leave it eight miles in it address where I was at the time of the call.

Besides, the GPS sent me on the highway paying two tolls, otherwise it would have been more time and distance. Actually I did not make the trip sense because I ended up almost in the same place where I was when receiving the call and paid. Paying tolls for pick up is not a problem because I know you do not pay it. After that trip, I received another call also in destination mode and it was twelve miles away also in the opposite direction to where I was going but this call I rejected.

This never happened to me with the previous version, it was always for a pick up close and drop off near my destination or truly on the way to this.
